Spatial 2.5D, an experimental way to watch stereoscopic videos with depth on a phone, and a "View as 360°" action for media the server does not flag.
- Spatial 2.5D (experimental, on by default, switch in Settings, Video viewer).: A phone screen cannot show a different picture to each eye, but a stereoscopic file still holds two viewpoints.
- VR180 (half sphere) photos and videos.: Files that cover only the front half of the sphere are now drawn on a half sphere, with the back black, instead of being stretched all around.
- View as 360°.: Some 360° photos and videos carry no projection metadata, so the server shows them flat and the 360° button never appears.
